Muscat Hills Commercial Park is an area of approximately 108,000 square meters located 5 minutes from the Muscat International Airport and the new Oman Convention & Exhibition Center. Ten buildings will be build in this area, all for residential and commercial use, except for only one that will be a multi-storey car parking.
Along the North-South route there is a pedestrian boulevard, an equipped public space ehere are all the commercial activities (shops, restaurants, banks, offices, gyms, hypermarkets, etc.) . Even the secondary streets between the buildings will be entirely pedestrian. The driveways will instead be located only along the perimeter of the area, from which you can access all the car parking on the underground floors of the buildings.

Grand boulevard
The boulevard passes through the Muscat Hills area and is articulated through its buildings. Along the entire route, tree-lined spaces, flowerbeds, fountains and rest areas are alternated with urban furnishing elements, which contribute to the creation of a highly pleasant public and social space to live and traverse at any time of the day.
